Beginning Monday, June 16th
- Mornings:
- M & W: 6:15-8:15am Kessing
- Tu & Th: 6:30- 8:30am Meadowmont
- Fri: 6:15-8:15am Meadowmont
- Saturdays (all at Kessing):
- June 21: 10a-12p
- July 5: 8-10a
- July 19: 8-10a
- July 26: 8-10a
- Afternoons:
- Mon-Th: 4:30-6:30 Sportsplex
- National Group Afternoons:
- M & W: 4:30-6:00 Sportsplex
- Tu & Th: 4:30-6:30 Sportsplex
- Weights:
- M & W: 3:15-4p @ YMCA
